Sullivan Renaissance-2006 Golden Feather Award

Daytop volunteers took pride in participating in the 2006 Swan Lake Renaissance project and are seen here proudly holding the Sullivan Renaissance 2006 Golden Feather Award Plaque.
Cultivating Community Pride...
Corner of Brisco Road and Route 55. The summer of 2005's efforts garnered a first place prize at the Sullivan Renaissance competition. An uninspired plot of land surrounding a pedestrian bridge and waterfall were transformed with lush landscaping and seating.
Route 55 near Stanton Corners. In the summer of 2006, this boarded-up store (formerly Bernstein's) was cleverly camouflaged with a mural of Swan Lake; a welcoming sight as you enter town.
Brisco Road, across from the Swan Lake Resort Hotel (formerly the Stevensville). (Winner of the 2006 Golden Feather Award) This once forgotten parcel was covered with weeds and now is a beautiful waterside park complete with gazebo for all to enjoy for many years to come.

We have made considerable achievements as a community to revitalize the Swan Lake area. However, more work still needs to be done and for these endeavors to continue your tax deductible contributions are needed. Please help us restore not only the beauty this town once possessed, but also restore the pride felt by all who inhabit it.
